Fear of the unknown
Another common reason that buyers suffer from indecision is fear of the future. Some things in the future can be planned for, and other things happen and you have no way of knowing that it’s coming. What if you lose your job? What if your children need to move back in after college?
Thoughts like these can be debilitating in the decision making process.
This is something that you have to choose to get past when buying a Houston house. Plan for the things that you can plan for and stop worrying about the rest. You cannot predict each thing that is going to happen, and if you try to, you will end up missing out on house after house.
